Wadsworth Family Physical Therapy 
Today was my last day of treatment because thanks to PJ, all my symptoms are gone, He gave me a complete set of instructions if my problems come back. He did a great job of orchestrating my therapy through the weeks. When it was time to leave he sincerely thanked me for being a good patient. I regret that at the time, I didn’t thank him for helping me, by being an outstanding therapist and caring about me. Thus, I am writing this email to say what I should have this morning, Thanks PJ!
